Yes. Most of the South African solar farms we maintain were built by another EPC contractor. We begin with a full plant assessment, reviewing design, equipment condition and OEM warranties, then put a tailored preventive maintenance plan and reporting schedule in place to bring the plant back to its contracted availability and energy production targets. Independent power producers (IPPs) and asset owners switch to us for exactly this reason.

Our Remote Control Centre monitors your solar plant 24/7, 365 days a year, so faults, inverter trips and production losses are detected the moment they occur, usually before anyone on site notices. Local field technicians on standby and based near the plants are dispatched fast, with guaranteed response times agreed upfront in your O&M service contract to minimise downtime and lost revenue.
